It’s a Lifestyle
All star (competitive) cheerleading is a performance based sport that combines tumbling, jumping, stunting, and dance into a 2 minute and 30 second routine. All star cheer is a showcase of athleticism and is a high-energy team sport that helps athletes develop in both skill and mindset.
